What this system is
Tailor Book ERP is an internal system used only by staff of Tailor Book Solution Sdn Bhd ("Tailor Book", "we") to run our sales, customer support and implementation work for AutoCount software.
Information we process
- Staff accounts: name and work email used to sign in with Google.
- Customer and prospect details you give us, or that AutoCount shares with us as your dealer when you register a trial: name, email, mobile number, business details, messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, and meeting bookings.
- Google data, only where a staff member connects it: Google Calendar (to check free time and create meeting invites) and Google Drive (only files this system creates itself, to store encrypted backups).
How we use it
Only to respond to enquiries, arrange onboarding sessions, provide and support AutoCount services, send follow-ups you can opt out of at any time (reply STOP on WhatsApp), and keep backups of our own business records. We do not sell personal data or use Google data for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it is stored
On our own server in Malaysia and, for encrypted backups, in a Google Drive account controlled by Tailor Book. Access is limited to authorised staff.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or stop messages, by contacting us at the email below. This follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
